This position is responsible for providing account management and prospecting to US Data Management (USDM) leaders and associates. This position identifies new opportunities with existing and new accounts. The individual will be familiar with common challenges in the life science industry to be able to determine client pain points. Creativity, business understanding, and personal organization are required. Responsibilities: • Developing and accomplishing a region sales plan across multiple accounts. • Meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets. • Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to move the sales process. • Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization. • Developing Statements of Work and coordinating operations input to deliver proposals on time. • Responding/coordinating response to RFPs. • Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments. • Coordinating with operations for status on projects to ensure commitment to clients is met. • Following up on extensions / change orders and ensuring that opportunities are correctly documented in CRM (Salesforce.com). • Collating and consolidating report on monthly sales performance. • Providing effective sales presentations to clients. • Emphasizing service features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms. • Capturing of appointments, calls, advances in CRM. • Attending industry conferences to develop industry expertise and to build network.

Education and Qualifications • Diploma in Marketing or Business or Science related field. • Relevant training in Inside sales.
